But when you are charged for activities like learning how to play poker and also for Pilates and because the ship is birth so far away from the town you are visiting that you can’t walk in and And have to get a card which is charged by the way at 6 pound per person ? Well you must have a really good life you must have no standards and must get ripped off all the time

If you think £10 for a bridge tour is a ripoff, try £150 on Royal Caribbeans Anthem of the Seas for a ship tour. Most expensive tour onboard I have done. Great fun but on Celebration, we did a similar experience for £20. Most other ships charge around £40-50 for a ship tour. So just the bridge for a tenner is normal and fair. You don't have to do it.

 

So what other hidden extra's apart from the TWO you mentioned, as that isn't "lots".

I don't smoke, steal, fight or urinate in the pool. I am very happy to go on a Marella Cruise. I'm also very glad I wont be bumping into someone that type-casts people. I'm not sure what your problem is, but the people on Marella Cruises are normally extremely nice and great fun to spend time with. The Staff are always very helpful and kind. They would not be working for Marella if they weren't. I'm really looking forward to my next cruise and meeting new people and I'm 100% sure I will have a great time. There will be the odd thing that's not perfect, or maybe someone that does something I'm not happy with, but its their holiday too. :mad: Have you ever thought the lady that said she urinated in the pool may have just wanted you get you out of the pool and away from people having fun.......

Do not go with TUI lots of Hidden extras The dream is like going on a ship from the 60s it is very old and shabby and always they seem to want to do is charge you extra money for things like upgraded to premium for the drinks which you are not aware off before you go also things like charging you £10 to go on the bridge which is a rip-off

We go on our cruise in April. We booked last year and the all inclusive was included in the price. I have looked at the drinks menu and noticed far more supplements than on our last cruise.

 

I believe you can upgrade to a premium drinks package once on the ship. I am wondering if this is the case and if so how much it may cost per person.

 

I personally think this is a bit of a rip off. Marella / Thomson are now starting to grate with me. None of this is mentioned when you book in the shop.
