You should go - sign up on the roll call for the cruise; a great way to meet people through the meet and mingle they have.

We had a suite on a trip out of New York last year and originally booked FTTF and then upgraded to suite and the Carnival rep told us we did not need FTTF as we would be among the first to board and we would also receive our luggage and have priority debarkation etc. We dropped FTTF and they were correct; we were put in priority lounge and boarded first prior to any announcement for FTTF. Unless things have changed in the last year you may want to check with Carnival or you TA - why pay for something you may not need...

We had a suite last year on the Carnival Sunshine out of New York and the Carnival rep told us to drop FTTF which we did. When we got to the port we were admitted into the Platinum waiting area and boarded the ship prior to FTTF; our cabin was ready when we boarded and we got all the benefits associated with FTTF.

We are joining you on this cruise too - so excited. Hoping the weather isn't too bad but we will definitely make the best of it!!! Counting down the hours

FTTF was sold out for our cruise in October; we just made final payment and it opened up again a few days later. We were able to get it :) Keep checking.
