Leaving of Reflection on Saturday, Can't wait, 6 degrees with -8 wind chill. Ready for the heat.

Has anyone used a passport card or enhanced DI returning through Miami? I've had a issue using my Enhanced DI in Galveston.

If you think FLL is bad. Try Galveston. Those agent don't even know what documents are needed to enter the country on a closed loop cruise. And then over two hour wait for customs and when using cruise line transportation to Houston waiting 1.5 hours to get on the shuttle.

Has anyone with an early flight used the luggage valet service?

Does anyone know if Celebrity would have available bed rails for my five year old? We are on the Reflection on Feb.21. We have inflatable ones but would rather not have to take them. Thank you all for any insight

Coffee like any other food or beverage is personal taste depending on a persons personality. I don't believe that the coffee on Celebrity is all that great but others love it. But at least it is brewed and not out of a bag like on Princess.

Sorry for your issue. But I've never had an issue with any customer service with Celebrity. Everyone I have talked to was pleasant and very helpful.

I didn't mean for the comment to sound like a complaint. I just wanted to know if Room Service was still bad. Instead of ordering we just go to buffet or MDR for Breakfast. No buggy really.

If did not find any hotels in Miami area offering free shuttle to port. Our last experience from Fort Lauderdale airport hotel to port Everglades all shuttles were about $10 a person but they where completely full for hours. Go the taxi way much better.

My 2 cents. I love Celebrity and totally can not stand Princess and will try not to sail on them again. But you make what you want out of the trip. If go in all grumpy that is the kind of cruise you are going to experience. Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches after all when your on a cruise, YOU ARE ON A CRUISE. Have fun.
