does Celebrity allow you to bring your own snacks and non alcoholic drinks?

My husband and I and our two teen boys are taking a closed loop cruise to Bermuda. We do not have passports and I am wondering if anyone has directly experienced the problems that arise without one?

My family of 4 is going on a cruise to Bermuda in June on the Celebrity Summit. We have a guaranteed statesroom but I am worried this will have only one bed??? Can I find this out now? Any other info or tips for our first cruise would be appreciated 😎
