It's per transaction. When you finish your drink and order another one, that's a separate transaction and it will be covered.

I am going on my first cruise to Alaska in July. Our promo came with the Ultimate Beverage Package. After reading the small print is says that only 2 drinks are included per transaction. If I order my 2 drinks, then get a 3rd, will that be charged to my room?
