    Hi Redzman,

When I did it, I just picked the ship and sail date that I wanted and they sent me an offer.  I did not have the document at all, just picked what worked best for me out of all cruises.  If it shows a trade in value of $0 it is for a specific cruise, if it shows a dollar amount you can pick any cruise.  Hope this helps!

So actually, you log in using your last name and C&A number.  That brings up a list of offers available to you.  Pick the one you like best and click REDEEM next to the one you want.  It will then prompt you to request a ship/sail date (if you choose an offer that has multiple sailings).  After that, a message will pop up telling you that your offer will be sent to the email address on file.

When you get the emailed offer, you then have like 48 hours to confirm and pay any deposit that might be due.  Its really easy.  The only issue using the site instead of calling is choosing your own  cabin location, but when they send you the offer, you can call and change if you want.

Hi, thank you.  Do you have to have the piece of paper to know the ships and sail dates?  Meaning, they don't actually show you cruises that are available, etc. I was hoping the site would show me what I could choose from without needing the document.

  3. Hi -

I am new to the "Casino Royal" free cruises. In fact, I am booking my second one. I am a prime member and earned a free cruise on one of several sailings. My question is, I see my TA has free prepaid gratuities for the class and sailing I am booking. Can my TA book the "free" cruise for me? Or can I book it through Casino Royal, and transfer for it to them to get the free prepaid gratuities?

Just looking for any tips to maximize the savings Thanks!

  4. Hi - We are diamond members, just haven't cruised in a while. We are taking the 3 night cruise on Enchantment of the Seas soon, and wanted to know what the diamond discounts are.

Do they include internet, etc.? I know they used to give you free time, etc. If anyone knows, I would appreciate it!
