See below the notification we received from our Travel Agent. The only thing I have deleted is the name of the agency. The letter had the Celebrity Logo on it but that won't paste in here.
Thanks so much!

I got an official e-mail from my TA this afternoon which had an attachment from Celebrity offering up various options.
Our TA wasn't given any options at all!

Re-book on any Celebrity Cruises sailing at prevailing rates. Below are some excellent options for other European cruises. - Just getting clarification on 'prevailing rates' - means if the current rate is £200 pp more than we have paid, then we have to pay that.
Any 'offer' we have on our Equinox sailing (free classic beverage package and $400 OBC) stays if we take one of the following. Otherwise, not transferable.
Alternative European Sailings
Celebrity Constellation, various departures from Rome, Barcelona and Venice
02nd May 2017; 26th May 2017; 03rd July 2017; 22nd July 2017; 10th August 2017; 19th
August 2017; 28th August 2017
Celebrity Reflection, sailing from Rome:
08th May 2017; 19th May 2017; 29th May 2017; 9th June 2017; 19th June 2017; 30th June
2017; 21st July 2017; 11th August 2017; 01st September 2017; 11th September 2017; 09th
October 2017
Celebrity Silhouette, sailing from Amsterdam:
29th June 2017; 14th September 2017; 11th October 2017
Celebrity Eclipse, sailing from Southampton:
17th September 2017; 28th September 2017; 18th October 2017
When re-booking any other Celebrity Cruises European sailing, you will receive a $200 onboard credit per standard stateroom or $400 onboard credit for suites.
Should you incur an administration fee to change your airline reservations you will be reimbursed up to a maximum of £250 per person plus any difference in their airfare cost when you choose to rebook a European cruise with us.
Additional flight costs will only be reimbursed within the original flight class booked.
To assist you with any changes and to rebook, a special desk has been established to help you. The desk opened today, Tuesday 19 July 2016 and will remain open until Tuesday 2 August 2016.
Where did you get this from? We still haven't heard anything officially but when our TA called to ask she was told $200 onboard credit period.

That's great except for those of us who booked it in the Med for next year. Second September in a row now they've cancelled on us (Infinity this year). Wondering why we bother booking ahead.

On the Silhouette right now on rearranged Sept 2016 Infinity cruise.

I wasn't contacted by Celebrity. Instead, when my reservation disappeared when I logged onto My Celebrity on June 3rd (Wednesday) - I emailed my travel agent, and SHE contacted Celebrity. She was told the booking options, and my reservation was switched from 9/11/16 to 9/25/16 that same day.
Our TA called them and was quite rudely told to wait till they called her and not to call before. Ok it's been almost a week now and still nothing.

Really getting annoyed that we still have not heard a word from Celebrity and we had 2 cruises affected - Sept 11 & 18. Some people were contacted as early as last Wednesday and here we sit waiting for a call. Not the least bit impressed with how Celebrity is going about this.

im pretty sure last week either the oasis or allure had it and was late leaving after a cleaning, the equinox was the next ship to dock in there berth at the port. My guess they terminal was not cleaned too good so that's why the equinox is getting a deep clean this weekend after its passengers came down with it during there sailing.
Not sure what the incubation period is but the code red didn't start until a week after we had left Ft. Lauderdale. Thinking it was more the poor hygiene habits we saw by some passengers on board - for instance one passenger washing his hands in the water dispensers in the Oceanview Café - which we promptly informed staff about.
We did a lot of washing of hands, using sanitizer and using elbows to hit elevator buttons.

We just got off her on Monday and were wishing we'd booked the b2b so we're really interested in following along with you.
Happy Anniversary.

I wouldn't do that. We were on the same cruise as Baccaratboy & disagree with him on it. We had a great cruise. It's a really pretty ship, the staff are great and friendly. Sure the Windjammer is busy but we always managed to find a table. Seafood Shack was ok but mainly fried food. There are some soups too. Did find the MyTime dining a bit crowded but think it's because of the large # of tables for 2. Checfk out the reviews & don't just go by what one person says.

We had 1570 (deck 10) in December and didn't hear a thing from above. I'm a very light sleeper and I would have noticed.

We'll be arriving mid-day on Sept 1st for 2 nights before boarding Infinity. Heard that there is a Maritime Museum in Vancouver - do you know anything about it and is it close to the Hyatt? We were also wondering if any of you very helpful Vancouverites know anything about a restaurant called West - I think that's the whole name.

Yes, you have to ask for it by the cereal section in the morning or if ordering room service write it in. I don't know about lunch and dinner as I only have milk in the morning.
