  1. My family are big fans of traveling to the Orlando area. Disney World and Universal Studios are destinations in themselves. I would feel bad steering a person that direction with only 8 hours to spend. You would be just scratching the surface of all there is to do at two large and fully operational theme parks (and the City Walk restaurant/shopping venue).

The prices for one day are designed to make you stop and think about a full vacation at another time. And believe me, it is worth it. We have stayed on Universal Orlando property for as many as 10 days to truly soak in the experience.

Your kids are the perfect age to enjoy it, too. So if you are never going to be that part of the world again, yes, do that excursion. If you have the funds to try it, you might just find that you have a taste and that will lead to a full vacation there at a later time. Have fun!!!

  2. I have never experienced Cococay. How many ships will RC schedule to be there at one time? I had the impression that the schedules were built around one ship each day of the week.

I am sure the dock is built to handle more than one, but how many? Multi-day stays will mean overlap. More than one ship will mean lots more people.

    Thanks.
