How is mini suite balcony  cabin 13250 on NCL Joy -- are the beds near the door or at the balcony?  Is it noisy?  thank you

Looking for suggestions on cabin on NCL Jade mini suite with balcony. Most are under the pool. also found out that on the Panama Canal cruise cabin 11048 was blocked on Panama Canal Day with the SkyCon painting contraption usually kept at the back of the ship.

What Jade Mini Suites with balcony are the quietest....I believe they are all on deck 11, but deck 12 has the pool.
