We are planning on taking an Insignia O cruise to Jerusalem nxt yr., and when we asked the O travel planner about the $99 upgrade, she said it was only for the return trip back to the US. We are perplexed with this statement. When I asked her again to explain, she was a little short with me, so I didn't persist. We have traveled all over the world, using miles and $$, and have never heard of only 1 way upgrade. Does this mean $99 for the inboard and $99 for the return? This would be fine with us, but it is still not clear.Maybe you can clear this up for us. Thanx billyandme
