Will I be able to pack my Leatherman Multipurpose tool in my checked luggage? I know not on my carry on. And I am asking about on the Eurodam. Thanks.

Thanks for the info CM1984. We are leaving for our cruise 7/14, and have been wondering about the Eurodam casino. I know the casino is not open when in port, but does the ship have to be in Intl waters to open ?
