We are coming off of the Carnival Splendor on Sunday, June 18th in Pt. Everglades...We have Platinum and will do self assist...Is it possible to do a 10:45 flight out of FLL??It's about $50 cheaper to do this one than the 12:45...Thanks!!!:confused::confused::confused:

You have been fantastic with your help. I am sold on British Colonial Hilton for our 1 day stay in Nassau.

 

Understand that in June the prices will be 50-55 dollars. Can you just walk up to the Hilton on that day and get a day pass? If I want to save the $5 bucks, where do you book online at?

We booked ours through Island Marketing online for our trip on the Dream in June.....:):)

We did the tour on the Dream... Great. You get to see all the behind the scene areas. Get to see the crew and Staff areas. Everyone should do this tour one time.

Okay guys or gals, I think that we are hung on Hampton Inn's...not too expensive, breakfast,etc... We do not want to stay in Y'bor, so which Hampton would be our next best option??? Alot of people talk about Rocky Point, but I have seen other's at Hampton.com so my question is which do you guys that live in Tampa recommend??? Thanks!!!

We are planning on leaving KY on Friday morning, getting to Tampa Friday night, and exploring your beautiful city on Saturday!! What you recommend with a 9, 8, 5, and 5 year olds?? I gather from your other response that you personally would recommend the Rocky Point location, even though, we will not be on the streets at 2 or 3 am with the children!! I have a couple questions about the Tampa port. We'll be flying in that morning and take a cab to the port - we should arrive around 10:30. I read that there's shopping around the port. Are there any places nearby (walkable) that sell (1) cases of water and (2) wine? We'd love to bring these things, but don't want to fly with them.

I don't know anything about the Tampa port, but 2 years ago, we were on the Glory. I took my smallest rolling suitcase and filled it with 24 bottles of water. DH said I was crazy, and that the water would definitely come out when it flew in the depressurized compartment of the plane. All 24 bottles made it without a drop spilling. When we got ready to come home, my empty suitcase was wonderful to put extra souvenirs in that we didn't have room for anywhere else.

What time is the best time to be at the port?? What time can we get onboard?? When is the line usually the least?? We will be driving in the night before and look forward to being on as soon as possible!! Let the cruise begin ASAP!! We aren't going until June 22 but already can't wait!!:) :) :)
