Has anyone purchased travel insurance that is not through Royal Caribbean that you were happy with? We did not purchase our air or hotel through Royal so therefore need other travel insurance. Nervous about insurers not covering COVID issues that may come up.
Thank you!

Hello! We are sailing on Friday and sadly our ship is emptying fast. 😞 BUT, we are still going! I just put us on a wait-list for a particular suite because we've never had this opportunity. Anyone ever do this and have luck this close to sailing? Not a royal-up offer, but wait-listed on a particular suite. Just wondering if we have any chance or not. 🙂
TIA!

You can fill your bottle in your cabin at night, from the sink, stick it in the fridge and it will be nice and cold. Or, if it's wide-mouth, put some ice in it.
You can also get ice water at ANY eating venue or BAR...just ask. You won't really need to carry your bottle around with you, as they will give you ice water on demand!
Coffee and tea (iced or hot) is available in ANY eating venue. Bars typically don't have either.
Grandeur does not have refrigerators in the cabins. :( Best to get water from the Windjammer

We are sailing in 2021 with friends on the Sky Princess. We have cabins next to each other, D424 and D428. Does anyone know if these balconies open to each other on the Sky Princess?
TIA!

Does anyone know when the March 2021 10 day sailings from Florida will be released?

Thank you! Need one for some medication. I'll contact RCCL

Anyone that has been on Grandeur of the seas lately, are there refrigerators in Ocean View state rooms?
Thanks!

Last cruise I fell in love with the frozen Mojito! Also the coconut mojito. Yum!

We're coming with a group of 14 that will need a shuttle to/from the airport/hotel/port. The hotel suggested "Joey" but am a little hesitant as I know nothing about Joey. 🙂
Thanks so much!

Looking at booking on Grandeur of the seas deck 4 but am wondering what's in the "box" on the deck plan behind the R Bar? Is that crew area that will make the rooms surrounding it noisy?
TIA

We're cruising to Cozumel on a family vacation in December. Daughters want to go to Chichen Itza Mayan Ruins on an excursion through Royal Caribbean. With the bad press about Playa del Carmen, I'm a little nervous to go there. We also love the beach. Will have kids from age 11 - 21 with us. Any suggestions? Never cruised the western Caribbean before. Also going to Grand Cayman. Thanks!

Just off of Oasis. Had a great cruise, but am getting really irritated with the mistakes on our account statement EVERY cruise with RCCL (charged for things we never purchased on each of our past 5 cruises) ! This time we were charged for 3 drinks (on different days) that we never purchased. Not sure how this keeps happening. We had the Replenish and soda drink packages so it was easy to see errors in the billing. There were others at Guest Services with the same issue. So make sure all of your charges were actually made by you! Beginning to wonder if this is a way for them to bring in extra income from those not paying attention! :( Happy sailing!

How does this compute? Sailing on Oasis soon. "Regular" price of deluxe drink package is $50/day. Sale offered, buy one get one 50% off. So, my math says $50 + $25 (half off package) = $75 per day total for 2. $75 divided by 2 makes $37.50 per person per day. RCCL's fuzzy math says it's $47/person/day. ??? What??? Do they think people aren't smart enough to figure out that is not buy one get one half off?
-
As I mentioned, at least on Adventure, they are allowing the soda package at $8.50 per day for the non-alcohol package, as opposed to the Refreshment package at $26/day.
They should make this change across the board. Also, why are the deluxe packages different prices on different ships? "Sale" price of $37 on Navigator and $48 on Oasis?
-
Now if this were an option, we would definitely buy the drink package for 1 and the soda package for 1 - and that would work out perfectly for me - as well as the couple we are going with.
Going on Anthem next... will have to see if anyone has had this offered to them on Anthem.
I agree! On our cruise a year ago (before they changed the policy) this is what we had. My husband had the deluxe drink package and I had soda only as I don't drink much and don't want the mocktails because they're WAY too many calories with WAY too much sugar! I am so sad that they changed this policy. I feel if both people have any sort of package it should be fine. So this year my husband is getting the refreshment package and I'm getting the soda and voom package. Sorry RCCL, you lost the sale on this one. Same goes for our friends that are cruising with us. :(

Anyone ever get a massage on Labadee? Was it worthwhile? Approximate cost?
Thanks!

Thanks! I found the thread. $50 for 10 beers. Hopefully they offer that on our ship. My husband usually gets the deluxe and I get the soda package, because I rarely drink, but now we can't do that. 😡 So he's getting the replenish and I'm sticking with the soda package. Guess RCCL is losing money on us this time. Oh well! More money in our pocket. 😉

I thought I read somewhere about a 10 beer card being offered but now I cannot find the info. Is there a 10 beer card offered in addition to the 10 drink card (including drinks offered on the Deluxe package)?
We are sailing on Oasis in March and since I do not drink, I do not want to have to purchase the Deluxe package for both my husband and myself.
TIA!

Does anyone understand the policy with the new non-refundable deposit and repricing?
We are booked on a cruise next spring. We booked onboard with the refundable deposit option. If I now change to a non-refundable deposit, I'd save $225. We know we are for sure going on this cruise, so I'm not worried about the deposit. I am, however, concerned that if a better price comes along before our final payment date that we won't be able to get the better price in the same category without paying the $100/person fee. Does anyone know the rule on this?
TIA!

What is the latest you can disembark? Going on Navigator soon and am trying to plan transportation.
TIA!

Thanks! Just wasn't sure there were shuttles that go to hotels and not just the airport/port.

I was told by Royal Caribbean that their insurance will only cover what's purchased through Royal Caribbean.
