  1. Hello everyone,

    We will be on our first NCL trip on the Getaway in a few weeks to the Caribbean. I'm interested to know what types of things are offered on sea days other than the amenities like  spa, waterslides, ropes course, etc.? I've searched through these threads, but couldn't find the info, so I'm happy to receive knowledge from the experts! Also, if there are any tips, tricks or don't misses for the Getaway, I'd be happy to hear them. Thanks!

  2. @Riversedge, We are sailing the K'dam the first week of April in cabin 5124, which seems to be in the same block as your 5157, but on the other side of the ship. I haven't received word of a cabin change. Do you know if the rooms on the other hall were also used for quarantine?

     

    As others have stated, we are all so sorry for everyone who has to quarantine, and we greatly appreciate you sharing your experiences to help us make informed decisions. I hope you had an uneventful journey home and avoided the storms!

    Yes. Has everyone been receiving two separate emails-one for each passenger? I received one, but my husband has not. Don't think they would have a different email address for him, but he checked his email, too (including spam) and has received nothing.

    I apologize if this has been discussed. There has been so much to keep up with these past few weeks!

     

    We chose the FCC option for our cancelled trip, and now, we have booked a similar itinerary for September. Yay! If for some reason that one is also cancelled, will I receive a new FCC/refund for the full amount of it, or just the amount we paid in cash (it's about $1000 more than the previous one)? I can't find any fine print that says FCC is not returned if a trip doesn't happen. 

     

    Any help would be appreciated! I plan to call HAL later, but I don't know if I'll get through.

  5. I apologize if this has been discussed already. We are going to take the FCC deal we were just offered. Will we be able to check the HAL website to see that it's ready to be used, or will they send me an email? How do we use that if we are going to use a TA or big box store for our next booking? Will they already see the FCC and apply it?  I don't want to book too quickly and not have the FCC apply, but I want to get in on the deal that ends next weekend.
