Thanks for the responses, as far as CBP goes I know we’re fine have triple checked and printed out all documentation and with Princess the supervisor did confirm that all travel docs have been accepted I am going to get something in writing from them just in case :). Can’t wait to cruise!!!

So excited for our first cruise with Princess my husband and I are sailing in August and we are overwhelmed with all of the planning/information that is out there I have to say I have been reading these forums for a few hours every day for about 3 weeks. My DH is a US permanent resident (Green Card Holder) he will get his US passport sometime in 2019, but his passport from his home country has expired so can't use that one. We are leaving in and out of Seattle on a round trip cruise, Ive also verified these travel docs are sufficient for our cruise line. My question is that on some of the Tour websites they say you need a passport to go on the tours is this the case with most tours?!? or only the ones in Canada the one in question was for Skagway FWIW.

This is great to hear I am a first time cruiser on the Emerald next month to Alaska and although I'm not incredibly picky I was also a bit concerned by the recent reviews. I can't think of a better way to see the most of Alaska in a week so getting excited as the date draws near!
