Hi All, In case this helps any of the UK travellers who have been looking into what's needed in terms of Visa for Sri Lanka. I tried to apply for a Transit Visa today (Tourist Visa only allowed or airport arrivals) and kept getting stuck at the checkout when trying to pay. I emailed the Sri Lanka Visa Team and they came back with the following reply - Dear Scott, Please note that you are currently unable to apply for a transit visa online, as the online visa process has been temporarily suspended. The only option available at this time is to obtain a visa on arrival. Thank you for your understanding, and please let me know if you need any further assistance. Looks like we will have to leave a Sri Lanka visa until arrival. Cheers, Scott

Hi @Mark42 - just wondering how you got on with this? We have booked the same cruise for 2025 and I was wondering the same. Our Return Flight will likely be 02.30 the following day. What time did you disembark? Did you find an excursion you could do from the ship that dropped you at the airport? Thanks in advance :-)
