Was told by security manager and assistant that it was total smoking. It's a shame that they catered to the maybe 50 or so smokers who monopolized the area. You couldn't even go up there to get a drink without smoke being blown in your face

Just off gem great cruise but Bali hai on deck 13 did not have a non smoking section like going their for sailaway from ports and views and drinks best outside place on ship but for 10 days smoking all over place every table had ash trays walking and waiting for drinks while smoking and vaping while seated at bar does this happen on all jewel class ships on pearl and dawn they had non smoking section this place is prime location they should have both smoking and non smoking section this is not advertised has a smoking section they advertise it as a great viewing location complained 3 times nothing done
