yes, the water levels never recovered.

We just heard that our cruise that was to start from Prague on October 5 has been canceled. All monies will be refunded to our credit card and a 25% voucher will be sent.

We are scheduled to board the Beyla on October 5 in Prague. I read here that the Sept. 24 cruise had been canceled by Viking but we have not found any information about other departures. I doubt that enough rain will fall in time for ours. Has anyone heard any more from Viking? They don't give out much information.
