We are planning a trip to Iceland in search of the northern lights. Not a cruise. February is a good month for us, but as a resident of Iceland, what month or months would you feel we'd have the best chance if seeing the northern lights? Also, on our own or with a tour and do you have a suggestion of a good tour company? Thanks😀

On our two trips around S. America we had no problem finding private tours at the dock, but if you don't know Spanish you may have a problem! Lucky for us, our friend knew enough to tell the driver what we wanted to see.

I was introduced to the lemon meringue pie martini on our January cruise on the Pacific Princess. Delicious, but I am having trouble finding the exact drink at home. Nice bartender on the ship told us the recipe, but you know how that goes! Wonder if Princess cruise lines has a standard cocktail recipe book for all ships? Might have to go on another cruise to find the recipe, unless someone can help.....and I'll still go on another cruise!
