You should book it up front.  Letter from RC said same day shuttles may be booked but subject to availability.

I too am doing 3B southbound on the radiance July 3rd. I've asked RC how the pre tour works but wasn't given much info. They said that a naturalist will get to know us and suggest what is good for us. Will these be yours we need to pay for as I'm reading here? The pre tour was an extra approx 2000.00 so I assumed everything was covered. Am I wrong? Trying to figure out how the pre tour is structured, what is covered and what we will need to pay for Thanks
