  1. I used them in November 2018.  They were fine.  We visited Harrisons Cave, Bathsheba, and St. Nicholas Abbey and Cherry Tree Hill overlook I think.

I would have preferred a more leisurely visit to HC and the abbey, beccause I felt rushed and would have liked to stay longer at both, so I would recommend seeing the island via private or semi private tour if possible.  They shuffle groups around so this results in limited time at certain attractions.

  2. So he met you at the cruise ship pier / dock area in Bridgetown and drove your party to Alleynes Bay?

How/what was the process of getting back to the ship?

    Appreciate the information.

  3. Hello,

Was just looking over the "new" menu for Steakhouse.

How many starters are you "allowed" to choose ?  In the past I believe we have gotten two.  Could we get three?  (not to sound too gluttonous, but some of the new items sound delicious).

We'll be dining the 2nd night of a 7 night cruise (sea day).  Would this be the formal night, and is there an expectation that attire must be formal?

    TIA

  4. Just back from Freedom of the Seas after having sailed Carnival the last 5 times (3 different ships).

2 pet peeves: no ice bucket in stateroom with drinking glasses on RC.  Should I have asked room attendant for one?  We always were provided this on Carnival.

Also, beach/swimming towels - they are in your stateroom waiting for you on Carnival while on RC you have to find a towel exchange.  The last day of the cruise we forgot to do this.  The morning of debarkation however we found a drop off spot for them, and were assured they’d be removed from our final bill,  but we still ended up being charged $25 per towel (there were 2) as if we’d decided to keep these unimpressive things ☹️  This left a bad final impression.
