I bought mine at around $42 a share via an app called Stake. 4 cruises of OBC already and 3 more booked. They are a long term investment.

I'm in NZ, can anyone help with how to buy the shares from here please?
I used an App called Stake to buy mine. You need a broker that can trade on the US market not just the Australian. Of the major banks I believe ANZ does but check brokerage charges.

That is the best part of these, the dividends and the addition of OBC when cruising on certain lines.
He is 22. I think he will get value over the next 60+ years LOL

As a Australian lookiing to cruise in or around Australia Carnival Co Cruise ships are plentiful so I intend to make my first stock purchase in Carnival and try there ships first IE Cunard HAL, P&O Princess Costa etc.
I bought mine about a year ago. Since then used it on 4 cruises (Carnival, P&O and Costa) and have 3 more booked for this year. It covers 90% of the cruise lines we use.
Thinking of buying some for my 22 year old who loves cruising. Can only be used once per cabin but as a long term investment for him I think he will get good value.

Just for those following along I have had a few issues with getting Costa to apply mine. Finally called Carnival Australia yesterday who gave me an email for Costa Australia (aus_booking@costa.it) . Send details to that email address and within 12hrs OBC applied.

Hope this helps!
This is great info, thanks. Can't see the attachment but think I can follow your instructions.

Can anyone who has Carnival Shares tell me what you supplied to get the OBC? I bought my required shares via an online brokerage company (Stake) a few weeks ago and need to supply documentation to Costa and Carnival for upcoming cruises.

We are booked in Dec 2019 into a Suite on Fortuna from Singapore. New to Costa but our 18th Cruise in the last 10 years.
I have a few questions:We have the intendore package
I believe this includes the Mini Bar? What is actually in the mini bar? If we use it they just keep refilling it?
It includes drinks to room. Does this mean I can get barista coffee delivered each morning?I have 100 Carnival Shares.
What do I need to supply to them? Can I email paperwork? I think curreny on board is Euro so I get 75Euro? How long before cruise do they need the Paperwork? Thanks to anyone that replies.

Hi,
We have booked a cruise in 2020 directly with Carnival (Aust). I cant see anywhere I can log on and pay off the cruise as I go or even check when payment due. I have been able to do this with Carnival (USA) before.
I can find it to "manage" - ie set up onboard account and fill in personal details.
Am I missing it or is it not possible
Buying Carnival RCL NCLH stock to get Shareholder Benfit OBC for Australasian crusers..

And I have shares in all of those. Luckily I believe they can survive :-)
