  2. Many people with Covid in France , and hospitals going full  , the 80% are no Vax ...

We have a sanitary PASS since Agust very easy to use , all ciné, restautant, train TGV , theater, library , sport arena , fitness , hight schools, nurses , even to visit a familiar in hospital .....

In januar the sanitary pass will change to  Vax pass , people no vaccined even with PCR test cannot enter , that will be a sort of Vaccination obligation.

Adults over 18 are at 90% vax but that means 5M of people are not , enough to full hospitals .

We weare mask in lifts, shops, every interior place , and in exterior crowded.

I 'l escape in 3 days to Barbados and Grandeur of the seas , after  3 test in 4 days .... I hope !

Hello, we’re on a cruise ending in Barbados. We’ll be off the ship by 9am, but our flight is at 4:30pm. We certainly don’t want to sit at the airport the entire time! The ship offers an excursion to a resort for the day but not sure if we want to sit on the beach all day. Any suggestions on the best thing to do…we will have our luggage after all. Private tour and guide? But what would be interesting to see and where to go? If we want to stop at a beach for an hour with the guide we’ll need a place where we can use the facilities to clean up. Or get a day room at a hotel if available? Just want to consider all the options! And I guess we’ll need to be at the airport by 2 or 2:30pm. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I have a night post cuise in Accra Beach Hotel,  I hope it will be possible to go out the hotel !

As well as the 3 pre cruise nights in the same hotel .

I will need to find where make a PCR on day 24 dec .....

I saw Barbade do not anymore  put 2 days quarantine when arriving  .   Just Antigen Test .

    Things change every week .

Oh darn. From my original slate of 2021 booked cruises, the sole survivor after the summer cancellations was the December 3 sailing of the refreshed Carnival Radiance. Well, it won't be ready in time and that cruise was just cancelled.

Luckily, Royal Caribbean is following the same sailing schedule out of LA as Radiance so I'm now booked on the December 3 sailing of Navigator of the Seas (3-day) as well as the previously-booked December 6 one (4-day). Since these sailings have no single supplement (!!!), I'm getting 7 nights in a mid-ship balcony for about $800 plus taxes/port fees.

Such a persistence !! have a beautifull cruise , you earn it .

  5. I booked on Radiance OTS in december, and  it cancelled .

I will be , as solo , on Grandeur OTS on Dec 26 , from Barbados , 7 nights onboard and 3. nights pre-cruise in Accra Beach Hotel .

My first solo , my first NYC ,   Somebody else ?

I guess because it just seems so immature to me. To each their own I guess.

Immature or senile In hospital for very old people , they put a flower, a plane, a boat, a trompett on the door ......I travel alone , on the road always stop close a chop , on train. or ship a secure pocket ,  in a big city , my phone and keys never in my bag but in pocket is a mania , but never scare

Adventure of the Seas, Royal Caribbean Sept. 11 2021

My first cruise alone and my first cruise since 2016.  I cruised a lot before that, on Cunard, Celebrity, RC, Windstar, MSC, but have not done anything since my husband passed away four years ago.  I have missed being on the ocean and I LOVE RC, so am really looking forward to this trip!

Hello Martha , surely you will spend a very good cruise on Aventure of the Seas .

My husband passed away two years ago , the last cruises we made together  were Antartica and Canaria Islands on Celebrity , such good moments !

We have to live again , after all these sad monthes .

Christmas and New Year on a cruise , alone ...... I hope meet new smiling  faces , new islands and a new ship, sure a good cruise !

just birds in small square , just one smart italian man in Murano with his newspaper , 2 or 3 cats  around in Torccelo  , mist on the lagoon ..... a dream !!!!

Sure the cityzens hope more quiet city , sure many stranger people hope to visit such a beauty .

The centre of Santa Cruz is OK, but IMHO not the most interesting of towns

The best beaches of Tenerife are in south island . 1h driving or more

In Santa Cruz Cesar Manrique organized a wanderfull AQUA PARK , very cheap ( 2 E ) very very large swimming pools- garden  along the coast , with sea water , it may be wendy , as the north of island often is .

We are going there and few longer  at PALM GARDEN , a good walk , lots of bars and restaurants on sea side .
