Does anyone know how you get ahold of customer service at the corporate level? The people who answer the reservation number and their supervisors can't help me. I have sent two emails to Customer Service and no one has responded. I don't understand the lack of customer service (not reservations) staff given that is supposed to be a luxury line. Even my travel agent can't get a response.
