Does anyone know what time the spa is open on embarkation day? (Breakaway)
-
Thank you, I appreciate your response, but I was looking for one that actually has all the ingredients in it.

I have a copy of the UDP from 2019. It has a listing of the drinks and what they are made with. It still has Margaritaville's drinks on it. I tried to search for a recent listing. Does an updated one exist?

Does NCL still provide the free ferry to St. Georges?

We had our PCR tests yesterday at a local urgent care. Results were back in a few hours via text. We also are sailing on Sunday. Just another option for cruisers.

Does anyone know if there is access at Blue Lagoon island Beach for snorkeling or should we book an excursion. We are going in March. Also, will the water temp be conducive for this?
-
Definitely would be there with you Beer Belly! I am looking out my window today and there is 2 feet of snow. We have been held captive for a year because of the virus. The beach for 3 days, sounds like a dream

I honestly gave up on trying to reconcile the numbers. They use new math I guess.

Today, I cancelled the cruise and booked a different ship. Upgraded to a Spa balcony on the Breakaway.

I booked a cruise on the Joy yesterday after NCL cancelled our April cruise. I was not aware that they don't have spa passes for the week. What the $^&^%$%$??. What happens when you cancel and rebook a cruise?

We purchased full face masks, we tried them at the YMCA swimming pool and it was easy to breathe. We did several laps in the pool. (We were supposed to be on the Bliss, in the Bahamas this week using them ☹). It is a surface mask, not for diving, as the mask gets very tight on the face when going deep. Make sure you measure your face as directed so it fits correctly.
Here is the Amazon link:

Happy Easter everyone. Today we would been on our way, on the Bliss, to Great Stirrup Cay, so bummed.
I usually make a Ham every Easter, but last week I made a huge pot of Pea soup with lots of Ham, we had enough for a while.
We are having Shrimp cocktail appetizer, Turkey (currently in the oven), Lasagna, Asparagus, and Mozzarella Caprese. I baked a Carrot cake for dessert last night (Alton Browns from Food Networks recipe, it is very yummy). Taking a meal to my daughter when the Turkey cools. (Will leave it on her porch so social distancing will be maintained of course) Stay well everyone.

When I re-booked our cruise, now scheduled for October, all the Spa Balcony rooms were booked. Does anyone know if there is a daily pass and approximately how much would it cost? Thank you

After cancelling our cruise to the Bahama's (April 12th on the Bliss) last week, I re-booked it for October 13, 2020 on the Encore.
Hopefully it will be safe by then.

I really loved it. We went to Bermuda. Could really see the island and not just the port, because we were docked there for a few days. The food was OK, we ate mostly in the dining rooms. The only specialty restaurant we went to was Cagney's. The meat was very good but sides were disappointing. The buffet had a good selection. If I am not cooking, food is always its good. I walked everyday on the track and it wasn't crowded. It was the first time we had an interior room (we wanted to see if we could stand being in a small space without a balcony). It was fine, so now if we want to go economically, we know it will be OK. I loved the spa, the heated loungers are so nice. I read 2 books that week. There isn't as many shows as on the bigger ships, some were very good and some not so much. I would go on the Gem again.

We were on the Gem last May and had the Spa package. Steam and sauna are separate and anytime I used them, there were only a few other women together at once. The area with the Jacuzzi and the heated lounges are coed and spacious. I went everyday. There isn't as much entertainment as the larger ships, so it's well worth the package. There is a running/walking track around the whole ship, which was great. I did not go to the gym.

Summerstravel--This is on the NCL standard insurance:
If you need to cancel your trip, please contact both Norwegian Cruise Line and Aon Affinity at www.aontravelclaim.com (or call 1-800-722-5672) to initiate a claim

We are scheduled to go to the Bahamas 4/12/20. We are not cancelling. We have NCL standard insurance. If things get very bad, hopefully NCL will cancel the cruise.

We are going on the Bliss in April and agree that there isn't enough time to do anything well in Orlando. There is nothing to do in the port either. We are staying on the ship.
-
We are booked on the Bliss and received the invitation for an upgrade to a Spa balcony stateroom. We have already paid for the Spa Thermal Suite Pass. Will they reimburse/ship credit if we bid on the room and its accepted? Thank you.

Does anyone know if I can use a Starbucks gift card on the Bliss. I don't have the app and don't want it. There are no Starbucks near my home, just Dunkin Donuts. The coffee really sucked on the last 2 NCL cruises that I went on. Thank you.
-
Thank you all for your responses. I think I will request a coffee maker for our room. We have an interior room and photos and you tube videos didn't show one. There is only an ice bucket. Has anyone who's been on the Bliss to verify which coffee maker it is. I will buy pods for it.
