Was on the discovery last year with premier and crab shack turned us away and said the speciality dining included in plus did not count for the crab shack.

I didn’t know that the Island didn’t have an IC, that’s a bummer, do they have something in stead of it that’s 24/7? And where do you get your specialty coffee and teas?

They’re a decent enough quality. I get them every time as I like the rainbow logo. My partner gets the logo of whatever ship we’re on as a momento that only costs us $5. We use them as magnets after the cruise is complete.

I always grab a drink and a snack, head to my room to unpack as the muster video plays, once unpacked we check in at our muster station. Typically I’d go reserve the enclave/thermal suite right away - but I’ve noticed my last couple cruises it’s cheaper to do it online ahead of time so no need for that anymore, but we do go to check in with them, get the tour and our goodie bag. Then typically grab another drink and walk around the ship if it’s our first time on it and eat lunch when we get hungry.

Hopefully will be on my Discovery Alaskan cruise in September. We have a couple of premium restaurant credits to use.

Absolutely worth it for me and my partner.

Last year for an 8x10 it was about $40.

This thought alone has me potentially thinking of upgrading from plus to premier just for the photos. But we’re going with my side of my family and my partner’s family this year so the photos might actually come in handy.

Dress code is for all ages from what i've seen. 

No upgrade offers here, Sept 17 departure, but my cruise doesn't fall under the release of the bidding, so I guess i'll have to ask when I get onboard.

Hello you wonderful cruisers I have a question for those who have cruised since Covid, bonus points if you've been on the crown.

In the past I have been able to book myself or me and my partner for the thermal suite, with the pair of us paying a discounted rate vs full price x2.

Currently online to book it through the website its no longer giving me the option to book as a pair.

Is the partnered discounted rate no longer in place?

I've seen and had those during breakfast but they're not the ones they're referring to on the drink package.

Where can one find smoothies? All I've heard is they're in the sanctuary but have not heard of them in another location.

I am leaving for my 15 day Hawaiian cruise in a short 5 days and have already been thinking about the best way to set up my stateroom. 

I already have a pop up hamper, magnets and electric tea lights for my bathroom to help with room organization and to optimize the space in there.

I am curious what you all do to help keep the room clean, organized and functional. Lets hear those tips!

I'm aware that iMessage/Facetime are WiFi/data based, but I was curious is INTRANET is enough to use iMessage instead of buying the INTERNET package. To message family with iPhones and to be able to get a hold of my DH to track each other since he has an iPhone as well. I've heard one person say it worked for them in the past but never anyone to confirm or deny that in their own experiences. 

If my ship had unlimited minutes I  would buy the package, but only has set minutes for purchase which is not worth my while.

I had prebooked 5 treatments for myself and my husband for my cruise in a couple of weeks. But thanks to a helpful cruiser they showed me pictures of their patter and it had a deal inside where if you booked treatments the day you got on you got bigger and bigger discounts for the treatments booked. Said new bookings only so I cancelled all my prebooked and will book on the trip.

Just thought I would pass on the tip.
