Checked my credit card account today and got the full refund.

By the way, I was told that FCC was already credit to your account so even if you haven't gotten an email about it it should be in your account and you can use it.

Royal math.  

Called RC and got the similar % credit. Apparently, the crazy high fees and taxes they charge is not part of the fare.

We planned this cruise a year before then booked last summer for my parent's 70th birthday gift. Booked international flights (24 hour trip with a connection) and set to arrive here in 7 days. This is really really disappointing to say the least. Can't find another replacement cruise and one or two available are thousands more $$$ than what we paid.😡
