  1. I have written in specific breakfast items such as almond croissant, hot oatmeal with brown sugar & raisin, or a couple of pieces of bacon for the breakfast sandwich. So enjoyable with the hot coffee and for when I don’t want to get up early.  have always had what I requested delivered. I usually order just one extra item. 

  2. I was on the Crown last month and ordered off the breakfast card many times. You can write in other food items as well, such as bacon, oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, nuts, etc. You can also specify desired breakfast breads like almond or chocolate croissants. I enjoyed being able to select the delivery time.

  3. Hello. I’m experiencing the same issue. On 10/23/22 I booked a Diamond Princess Cruise 1/22/23-1/29/23.  I paid for the cruise on 10/25/22. The booking has not populated on my Medallion App. Did LiveChat yesterday and Princess rep couldn’t figure why booking wouldn’t load. Tried manually entering booking; turned phone off/on; checked demographics and all is good. Rep finally said wait another 24 hrs and call Princess if booking doesn’t populate. I’ll be calling Princess.

    Hi. I was on 10/1/22 7 day CA Coast cruise on Discovery. The pastry shop is right in the ‘middle’ of the buffet sections. I found the buffet layout unnecessarily confusing and spread out. There are 4 main areas, but after a few visits I adjusted. The pastry shop also has the specialty Coffee Shop. Nice breakfast items, Belgian waffles, crepes, usual danishes,etc. I was disappointed in the cookies. The peanut butter cookies were not good at all. They were my favorite in prior cruises. I also noticed there were sections for gluten and sugar free confections too. Enjoy!

  5. My husband and I were also disappointed that the port guides were not included in the Patter during our recent cruise. Viewing on my phone was just not the same. We both included our disappointment in our post cruise survey. We also included that we hope the enrichment and port lectures resume soon.

  6. Hi Camellia, I’ll try to attach screenshots. But. Just in case the upload doesn’t work, you click on View Offer Details after you select room type. A paragraph with the info including the promotional reference code. This code was useful for me recently when I wanted the newer and better price quotes and the Princess Agent couldn’t find the offer. Luckily, I had the code.

  7. I was just talking to my DH about this. I live in California, so the Canadian prices wouldn’t be an issue. I have noticed the disappearing low price phenomena since last Thursday. I ended up logging out several times and rechecking, back and forth until I found the cruise with $300 OBC and Drop n Go price. I finally was successful yesterday.

  8. I agree with the above. We did the reverse cruise/land tour in Sept 2019. The travel summary very helpful. Most important is the size requirement for the small carryon for the train. The trains were comfy, but if you want to indulge in the dining car, the path is narrow and the staircase was spiral. Our train meals were very good. I don’t know if the dining car is the same due to COVID, but I hope so. Enjoy!

  9. I hope your husband gets his passport in time. Last week I had to cancel an upcoming 11/29/21 cruise after full payment was made. I had Princess Platinum Travel insurance. We are to receive the initial deposit and cost of the travel insurance as Future Cruise Credit. The rest of the money will return back to my credit card. As it’s only been a week, I have not received refund postings yet. My cruise was under the COVID Cruise With Confidence Booking. Best to you and your husband.
