  1. So taking my first RC cruise on the harmony next February for a 7 night cruise. The dining part of the cruise planner app finally opened up last week bur I have a question.

In reviewing Cruise materials online, I thought I would want to book a 4 night dining package. My problem is that there currently being offered only a 3 night plan and an unlimited package but no 4 or 5 night plan.  Does that mean they won't ever be offered on my cruise? if not, how does it work then?

    thanks for the help!

  2. For our upcoming cruise on harmony of the seas leaving from Port Canaveral, right now we are planning to stay the night before at Walt Disney World. ( we are Disney Vacation Club members so you will not have to pay for a hotel room at night)

My question is what are some of the best and cheapest ways to get from Disney to Port Canaveral and conversely from Port Canaveral to airport in Orlando? Any  tips or advice and how  to handle these types of cruise  Transportation issues would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks in advance for the help!

If you post what type of room(s) you have and what ages your kids are, we can give some more specialized advice, too.

For example, if you're all in the same room, I'd recommend a shoe organizer for keeping small things orderly, but if you're just two people per room, that's not an issue.  Similarly, tips are going to be different for a balcony or an inside or a suite.

My wife and I are staying in a ocean balcony room. Nothin fancy. My in-laws are watching our five year old so it's just us on this Cruise. ( we've already done to Disney cruises in the pass but this is our first RC cruise)

Oh ok.  I have not cruised Disney, so can’t tell you any specific differences. We used to be Carnival cruisers (and May still sail with them in the future), but we currently enjoy RCI’s product.  I would guess that many things are in fact similar, but many of RCI’s ships are absolutely massive in size, and tend to offer many things that other cruise lines and ships simply cannot.

Yeah we did both of our Disney cruises on the two older ships so I think if I get it right that the harmony is about three times the size of the Magic and wonder

Is is this your first cruise ever, or first on RCI?

I would also suggest bringing a basic first aid kit, and as suggested, OTC meds (neosporin, Tums, Imodium, maybe even a laxative, just in case (🤣)). When is your cruise?  We are booked same ship/itinerary in May 2020.

1st RC cruise, 3rd overall (2x on disney). sail date, Feb. 2020.
