Looks like Gem and Encore are in Bermuda, Joy and Bliss in Alaska, Dawn, Epic and Getaway in Europe and Breakaway in Western Caribbean. Escape in Europe at end of May.
Options from other lines on newer honeymoon worthy ships include Carnival Breeze out of Port Canaveral, RCI Symphony of the Seas out of Miami and MSC Seaside out of Miami. A great honeymoon choice would be to book an inside cabin on the MSC Yacht Club on the Seaside. Currently 1779 pp for May 2 or May 16 sailings.
Thanks, I'll have her look at MSC. She was showing me some of their cruises the other day.

My daughter wants to go on NCL for her honeymoon in May 2020 on an Eastern Caribbean cruise. Are there still itineraries to be released for May/June or is NCL only doing Western Caribbean cruises? She's been to the Western Caribbean but wants to see the US Virgin Islands and they are going to Bermuda this May.
I would have thought that they would be out for booking by now.

We were in 9920 in June and the balcony was huge! We had the bed by the balcony and there were 2 lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs and the little table. Plenty of room to spare out there! Loved this location to.

Curious what is happening in Miami. They are building a new, giant NCL terminal at the port of Miami for NCL. However, starting in April 2020, I don't see any megaships in Miami. Has the Miami/Caribbean market slowed so much that spring/summer is a bust? I have not seen what ships will be sailing Miami summer of 2020. The Encore leaves Miami for NYC in April 2020. What comes next? I know the Breakaway will be in Miami but that's it? I thought the new terminal was going to have 2 megaships in the port at the same time.
Keeping an eye out as to what is going on in Miami also. My daughter was planning on going on the Encore for her honeymoon in May 2020 and not that ship will be in Bermuda. Which is not a bad thing except they are going on the Escape this May to Bermuda and she wanted to do the Eastern Caribbean. They are only showing Western right now which is not as interesting as the Eastern.
Fingers crossed for something good to go out of Miami May 2020.

I agree with you that nothing shall be left on the floor outside the door. There are no valid excuses to do that, I think.
You are wrong when you assume that every suite has lots of counter space, tables and desk. Some suites are just a small room with perks, not a big room with lots of space!
sveigecruiser this was an aft penthouse suite with a dining area, living room and a huge wrap around balcony. So yes there was plenty of room to leave the dirty dish inside. We were on the Escape. I have been in a suite on the Breakaway and never left anything outside my door on the floor. Always kept the plates from the butler on our table when we finished. The same thing on the POA with 4 of us we left our glasses and dishes from our afternoon treats on the table.

We were recently in an aft balcony with a suite next to us. Our neighbors thought that in the walkway to our door was the proper place to put their chicken wing bones on the floor so that they could be picked up. We pushed them back into their space twice before they were finally picked up later in the day by the crew. You would have thought that somewhere in the suite with all the counter space, tables and desk they could have placed this for their butler to take them away properly. They didn't place anything outside after the first full day on the cruise, I'm assuming the butler told them not to place things out in the hallway like that. We kept our glasses on our little counter in our room until the room steward came to do our room.
Thought that was really rude and not necessary especially being in such a big space like a suite.

Last year we used Verizon to call back home from Alaska frequently and had no extra charges. We were in Anchorage and Denali before our Southbound cruise also.
I did have TravelPass on my phone so when we were in Vancouver overnight we used it for the 24 hour period to text our girls back home. I forget if it is $10 or $15 for the 24 hour period but you can use all your call, text and data features you have on your plan.

We took the first St. George's ferry on 6/6 and we had no problem getting seats inside. That ferry holds a lot of passengers and we got there about 5 minutes before they left. I guess it does depend on who is planning to take the ferry that day but we also heard talk on the ride that a bunch of passengers did not know about the free ferry and had paid to use the regular one.
That morning it was dreary out when I got up to get ready and by the time I was showered and dressed for staying at the dockyard I peeked outside and saw it was sunny so we ate quick and I came back to the room to get changed. Not sure if others changed their plans with the weather also. It was busier later in the day once the sun was coming out in St. George's as we were leaving to head back.

Not sure why you would have loose bullets in your purse. I carry a gun and mine is always loaded UNLESS I'm going to the range. I take out my defenders and leave them at home so that I can load it again when I return. The range does not allow loaded guns to be brought inside you have to load at your station. I would never keep loose ammo in my purse, to easy to loose it in that big monster or forget about it!
To bad that this happened, what a way to ruin a free cruise.

We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village for 2 nights before our cruise. We loved it. Saw them filming Hawaii 5-0 while we were there.
We did hike up to Diamond Head, the view from the top is stunning! If you plan on doing that I recommend you do it earlier in the morning. We went about 9:30 and it was pretty warm by the time we go to the top.
We did mostly ship tours while on the cruise. Maui we did a whale watch and waterfall hike. Kona we did snorkling and Kaui we bombed with the Waimea Canyon, it was fogged in. While in Hilo we did a private tour with Marylous and loved it!
When we got off at the end of the cruise we did a tour through NCL at Pearl Harbor. It was the shorter one so we made our flight home. The tour ended with a drop off at the airport which was very convenient.
Happy planning!

xitappers2bx...enjoying your review! Sounds like you are having a great time so far. It's our turn on 6/3 so the excitement is building as we are getting closer.
Anyway, Happy Birthday! Today is my oldest daughters birthday to :D

We used MaryLou (had her husband) for our tour back in 2014 and we had a great day! Yes we went to a black sand beach and we even walked a bit to try to find turtles on the rocks .We went to the macadamia nut farm and the orchard farm. We learned so much about the area that day and saw so much. Not sure if much has changed with them since then so hopefully someone who has been there recently can confirm.

The link above brings you to a screen asking you to sign in to cruise deck plans. I have a lifetime membership and love the site but think I found a work/long way around to being able to see room photos without a membership. Tested this without being signed in and after clearing cache etc it works today :)
Go to cruise deck plans and pick public site. Pick Norwegian, then Escape. Pick deck 9, then go to aft balcony section and click on 9920 (the stateroom itself, not the camera image). A descriptive box will come up.. click on Pics. When Pics opens up click on Album. When Album opens click on All Pics. Then scroll down until you find stateroom number you are interest in and click on that number. Pictures should appear.
Thanks so much kjquilts! Cannot wait for this cruise now and that balcony!!!

The so-called Black Friday deal appears to have many more applicable sailings. Wasn't the prior offer restricted to a handful of Caribbean dates? I'm seeing Europe, Panama, Alaska, Bermuda, etc.
The Bermuda sailings are only valid the first 2 sailings in May and September. I was excited to see Bermuda included and so disappointed when I clicked the link to see only 4 sailings.

We were brought sandwich wedges, chocolate covered strawberries and canopies. Always had a bowl of fruit on the table and had requested unsweetened ice tea and water in the fridge which we always had available. We had travel water bottles that we filled to bring with us in Bermuda. We used a back pack but no one ever said anything.
We brought from home the individual 100 calorie almond packs that we kept with us.

They don't have next years information/dates fully loaded in the system yet but here is the website for Princess to book a train/land tour which we did from Anchorage to Denali this time last month. Not sure when the dates and pricing for 2018 will be up but you can at least peek around a bit.

We just did the zipline on 9/6 and they did have benches at the bottom for people to sit on and watch the riders come down. They even had a TV that you watch the riders come down from about halfway down which I would think is where they take your pictures from. Awesome ride, so glad I didn't chicken out. LOL

bonniboo1 we took a southbound cruise with NCL on the Sun but booked the Princess Lodge Land Tour separately. It was a great trip and we were lucky to be able to get a buy 1 get 1 free package. We stayed at Denali Bluffs and it was a nice hotel. The views were beautiful and a short walk to the stores and restaurants on the strip.
We ended up booking our cruise when they were first released in December of 2015 and the land tours were not yet available. By the time they came out the price of the cruise had gone up more than the full price of the Princess tours were so we booked them separately. So glad we did, the train ride although long was amazing. Highly recommend the Princess land tour.

The typical clear history did not work... But... in the address bar when you connect to cruisecritic you have the https: in fron t of the site name.... when you go to the boards look at the address bar.. you see an i with a circle around it. I click on the i symbol and get a pop up. it says cookies with the number is use... it is clickable, so I did. Then I clear those cookies and now it works.
I just tried this and it worked! Thanks grhoney!!!

NCL's list of available rooms is the pits! When I call my PCC today to book my cruise I was told that there were 3 rooms available on 9 so I chose 9920 as that one has the bed by the balcony.
Now I need to add my new countdown clock and try to do some sort of a review on my 2 weeks in Alaska I just returned from.
Thank you all for your help! :D

I was getting the blank page at work Friday but it worked on my phone. I didn't try IE but will if it continues tomorrow. Wasted to much time on breaks trying to get it to work.
At least I know it wasn't just me!
-
Educated guess......9922 on Escape is bed-by-closet.
I'm sure someone who has stayed in the exact stateroom will post a confirming answer.
I think I will just book it and where it is will be fine to have a nice balcony! But maybe someone who has been in that room will chime in.
-
heres a 9 ;p
Love that balcony!
-
how about one on 12..
I know that 12 is next in size to 9. Thinking I should just grab the one on 9 and be surprised!
Want to be able to enjoy the space on the balcony. Can't swing a Haven seeing how we just got back from Alaska so a nice quiet spot of our own will be perfect!

I didn't think there was much of a chance that they were holding back but wanted to check.
