Last week we stayed in a family harbor suite on the Horizon. We really loved having the extra washroom- it made getting ready for dinner and going to bed easier than I was expecting. The lounge was really nice to have, it was really quick and convenient to grab some milk or ice cream or snacks. I loved that there was a curtain we could close around the kids beds for a sense of some privacy. I will definitely book family harbor again the next time we cruise with the kids.

My husband and I were on the Valor in 2012 for our honeymoon. Even then the rooms looked dated, And some of the decor is downright creepy (past presidents heads used as light fixtures in public areas). that said, the ugly parts of the ship were easy to ignore and we had a wonderful vacation with great food and fantastic service from the staff.

My husband just got his renewed passport book in the mail a few days ago. It took about 6 weeks from the day we mailed in the application.

I'm very picky about my soap (which is one of the reasons I make my own), So I always take a bar of soap with me when I travel. Knowing it will be recycled if I leave it behind is a nice bonus.

What do you think about a cove balcony ?

we had a cove balcony on the Horizon a few weeks ago, and it's my favorite out of all the rooms I've had cruising before. I absolutely LOVED being so close to the water, i found it very soothing and relaxing. We had amazing views of fish, waves, and pier runners! lol
