Is there any place in Iceland that will not take credit Cards?

I read about the cave tubing company that carries the tubes for you, but I can’t find  the name. Can anyone help me out?

I was on the same trip with Ellie. I would have preferred taking the bus into the city and having a fixed place to come back to. The train station was huge and confusing. We almost took the train in the wrong direction. Many people stood both ways. I hated it. If they want complaints, I’d be happy to comply.

Take the train (not the metro) to Copenhagen Central station from the airport. Tickets cost 36 DKK

 

When you are at the central station, exit by the stairs/elevators on the rear end of the platform to Tietgensgade. From there it's just an easy 5 minute walk to your hotel.

Another option to consider is taking taxis from St. George's or Hamilton after taking the ferry, to the caves and aquarium.

Have you tried them? I am traveling with 11 and 17 year old granddaughters.

We're supposed to sail the 12th. Carnival has been texting and calling. I have no problem with them. It will be impossible to determine what's going to happen. This area has NEVER had a storm like this. I'm hoping the Skyway doesn't get damaged. It is closed now.

The port could be damaged, or not. We're going to lose power. That's a given. We may not even be able to drive to the port. We just don't know and won't until 8am Monday Morning.

We did the Polar expedition and husky dog training in Trömso. Loved it.

I expected to get off in Honningsvaag and get a bus to the Nordkapp but was disappointed. Many private tour busses, booked solid! If you're interested in that tour, either book it onboard or a private tour.

Every port very crowded with many ships in port.
