As CruiserBruce indicated the Marriott is just south of Bell St Cruise Terminal – Pier 66, actually just across the street.  The Marriott is 3 miles from Pier 91.  There is construction behind the Marriott this year as they are putting a road through that area. It’s not the best location unless you’re departing from Pier 66 because if you want to go to Pike Place Market or anywhere in the downtown core you’re walking up hill. Although, it’s a great location if you just want to walk along the waterfront and visit those venues and there are some great sunsets from that area.

You are correct. I meant to say the Marriott is less than 3 miles from the pier not one. No matter, if the hotel does not supply a shuttle to the pier we will just take a taxi. Thank you.

Wise choice to fly in the day before.

There are two main Piers...66 and 91. As discussed here frequently, there are no hotels near Pier 91. There are a couple very close to 66. Who are you sailing on? Look down the board for discussions. Here is a thread just a couple down the board:

    Another just down the board:

We have booked a room at the Marriott Waterfront. It's less than one mile from Pier 91.

  3. Hi Fellow Cruisers. We had originally planned to fly to Seattle early the morning of July 24th but have now decided it would be less stress to fly in the day before the ship leaves. We have changed our flights and now wondering if anyone has a hotel recommendation near the cruise terminal? I think I read that several of you are flying to Seattle the day before. We would appreciate any recommendations and also if the hotel has a shuttle to the cruise ship. Thank you!
