I've been having trouble accessing their rubbish website. It keeps saying it is undergoing maintenance! When I finally got to cruise control, 3 of the excursions I've booked and paid for are not showing. I phoned and spoke to a totally useless man in the call centre - no help at all. so I emailed - got a nice apologetic reply saying that this has now been fixed. Opened my cruise control today - excursions still not showing.
Next Tuesday will be my first time with Marella - sofar I'm not impressed.

I thoroughly enjoyed Cosmopolitan and Life, the house bands and all the acts (Barricade Boys, Oli Nez, Richard Jones), with the exception of the comedian (Jo something). She was very old fashioned - like something from the 1970's.

Have just had my negative PCR result. Eurofins were excellent. Had the test yesterday at 08.30 at a hotel in Southampton and received the result at approx 09.30 today. I'm a very happy camper...er cruiser 😀.

Well, I've just received the email with my PCR test code, with a week to go until I cruise. Luckily there was an appointment for first thing next Wednesday. 😀

Thanks to all for the response. Having looked at the Eurofin test sites, I've decided to book a PCR test with boots. The nearest Eurofin site to me is miles away.

I'm on the 17th sailing and still haven't had my email about how to book the PCR test. They appear to be ignoring my email asking about this, so its sitting around all day waiting for them to answer the phone for me tomorrow.

I'm booked on the 17th July Cruise, but haven't had anything from Celebrity about booking a PCR test. Do they send an email with info on how to book?

Does anyone have any views on the shore excursions for Inverness and Belfast? Some of them seem to require several hours on a coach - not a favourite thing for me, though I've always wanted to see the Giant's causeway.
Also, if you look at the Celebrity cruise planner, on the front page, an excursion to Berlin is shown Lol.

Have just had an email telling me my March 2022 cruise is cancelled - doesn't say why. I honestly thought this would go ahead.

I've just booked on the July 17th sailing. If you told me two years ago that I would be booking a British Isles cruise, I would have said you were mad. Now, I'm really looking forward to it, having had two more 'exotic' cruises cancelled.
The great thing is that there are no single supplements. it is all inclusive and free parking at Southampton. I live just 22 miles away.

Have just received an email telling me my late Jan 2021 Caribbean cruise on Explorer 2 is cancelled (as I expected).

Have just received a cheque for my cancelled 22nd March cruise from P&O!
They still owe me for excursions though.
Need to find a bank now to pay it in. Haven't seen a cheque or been into a branch for about 10 years.

Fore my cancelled 22nd March sailing I have received this email:
We sincerely apologise for the delay and we are contacting everyone who submitted a refund request form. You will receive an email from us to confirm that your refund has been processed. In the past few weeks, we have been able to put new technology and systems and also additional resource in place which will result in more refunds being processed more quickly and we hope this will improve the situation daily. As you have paid through a travel agent we will refund the lead passenger directly via cheque. Please allow an additional 5-10 days to allow for postage.

I'm on the 14th Feb sailing from Singapore. Some of the shore days now have excursions available, but not all of them. I'm particularly worried about the stop at Komodo, for which no excursions are listed. Seeing Komodo dragons was one of my main reasons for booking this.
