We really didn’t have a choice. This was the last handicap accessible cabin available. Thank goodness we’re early risers anyway. 

We are flying into Miami the day before our sailing. My wife has us booked into the La Quinta Airport.  Is this a nice hotel? Has anyone stayed there?

Carnival Horizon 

My wife and I are sailing out of Miami 10/13/2019 on a 6 day cruise. We want to fly in the day before. Can you name a good hotel near the airport?  Not outrageous please. 

We are in cabin 11202 which is below the fitness center. Should we have any real problems there?

The proof of citizenship question is blurry for us. If you have a valid US passport, do you need to bring your birth certificate on cruise?  Sorry if this is a stupid question, but we are first time cruisers. Thank you.  

My wife and I are taking our first cruise this fall. We are sailing on the Carnival Horizon on October 13/2019. We would love to talk to anyone else taking that cruise. We are so excited and have so many questions. So if anyone has any advice that they think would be of help, feel free.  By the way my name is Dwight and my wife is Betty. Also I am mobility challenged so any advice there would be of help too.
