Okay….can the partitions on the balcony open??

I am asking about the Deluxe Porthole Balcony which is exclusive to Beyond. It has a traditional balcony with a glass sliding door. The view off the balcony is through a much enlarged porthole. There are partitions between balconies. I wonder if these can be opened.

Can the balcony partition be opened between Porthole with Veranda cabins?
