Hi Ken! I’ll be with you in on the Sydney to Honolulu stretch. Also in Aqua so I’ll see you in Blu! This is a long-awaited (and hard-earned) sabbatical trip for me so I’m greatly looking forward to it. 

Apparently not available at all from my current experience: I board the Eclipse in Vancouver next Sunday, the 14th, and it still says luggage tags not available so I’m assuming at this point they’ve stopped providing the service to have them sent to you pre-printed.

You’re welcome to come here for assistance. In fact, here’s probably why the agent misunderstood or was confused: There are no “Persian Gardens” on Apex. Try asking about “Thermal Suites”. 

As someone who is hard of hearing, I think your leap to “incompetence” is harsh considering “Persian Gardens” could easily be interpreted by someone as being asked about “Eden”. And if you’re calling the spa all up in a tizzy and they have trouble understanding you, the most likely question they get is probably about massages. 
 

Maybe step away for a few and call again later to see if you get someone else or can more clearly express what you are asking about. 

Based on looking at my statement for my trip next month, it’s a none issue as gratuities are only charged once per person just like taxes and port fees. Unless I’m misinterpreting the question.  Concierge cabin.

I'm currently booked solo on the Equinox in August but there is a chance a buddy of mine who has never cruised before may join me and he is on the fence at the moment. When is the cutoff to add someone else to the room? I haven't had luck browsing the FAQs on Celebrity's website.

I'll be going solo for the first time on the Equinox in August - looking forward to it and hope it goes well.
