Do you have to have a passport to go to the Bahamas?

Thanks for all the responses.  We are snorkeling in Bonaire.

We are going to St. Maarten, Aruba, Curaçao, and Bonaire.  We would like recommendations for a ship excursion or private on one of these islands.  Which island would have the best snorkeling for beginners? 

My prayers are with the people of Indonesia and also the crew members on the ships.

We love cruising on HAL and we are senior citizens. I love seeing children on the ship. I think it's great that you want your children to experience cruising, seeing other countries, and cultures. Spending time with your children is what is most important! Your kids look precious!

Are there sugar free selections available?

I've been on three different HAL ships in the last six months. Two out of the three would run out of menu items in the Lido several nights. At breakfast they would run out of a few items. We would be tired some evenings and not want to get dressed. It was disappointing to find some items gone an hour before closing time. Nevertheless, HAL is still probably my favorite cruise line.

Loving your review. We've been to Alaska four times but never out of Seattle. I would love to sight-see there and then board a HAL ship to Alaska one day. I loved the glass garden! Your photos are wonderful. Looking forward to the remaining review.
