My husband and I have a Caribbean cruise in a few weeks that we have looked forward to..  Unfortunately this problem has made me anxious and question whether or not we should cancel.  We already have paid airline tickets to Florida, but could do something else in Florida for the week I guess.  Seeing the horrible situation of the Diamond Princess and Westerdam doesn't help. We have a small oceanview cabin booked so can you imagine being stuck in that for 14 days?  Any thoughts?

Congrats!  How long before cruise did you get notified of the upgrade?  I leave in 11 days and haven't heard a thing.

Thank you all for your help! It's all very exciting. Last cruise we took we had a porthole in the room and there was no such thing as a balcony cabin!

Thank you Host Clarea! So how do I find out which place to go? Aren't they on different floors?  Will I be notified?  When I booked the cruise this was only choice given to me but that's ok. Also, If I want to do say buffet for dinner, can I do that one night?

I don't understand what is "Main dining room"? They all seem to have other names so I am confused.  Can I try the other main dining rooms or am I required to stay at original table in same dining room? My last cruise was 35 years ago so everything is different! Thanks for any information as I have no idea where to go.
