Husband and myself checked in yesterday for a December 11th cruise. We had trouble trying to sign-in on the app through our phones, but managed to sign-in through Celebrity's web site on our tablet. Afterwards we checked our phone app and all info for the sign-in was uploaded to the app on the phones.
Hope you can get this sorted out soon.

My husband and I are sailing on MSC seaside sept 14-21 2019. We have sailed NCL and Carnival. On these previous cruises, cruisers had access to the sauna and steam rooms only, in the spa at no charge. Is this offered on the Seaside at no charge?
