  1. We are going in September so this isn't too late. He is high functioning autistic and anything closed toes is sensory overload. I will remind him to be slow and careful on the deck and he's too young for the rock wall so no problems there. I will double check on the RCI board and bring socks that's a good idea. Thank you everyone.

  2. Is there a need to pack closed toe shoes for my 5 year old? It is extremely hard to get him to wear them for more a few minutes. He wears flip flops year round so, I won't pack them unless they are needed for an activity or kids club. We will be on RC Allure.

  3. We are sailing on the RCI Allure. One night my husband and I would like to try one of the specialty restaurants without the kids and then have a parent night out. Is it possible to take the kids to dinner at the MDR at the early seating and have the kids picked up by the OA crew 40 minutes in? We might have an appetizer or something while we were there but then leave as soon as they are pick up. We could go to the Specialty restaurant? I know we could check them in for dinner at the OA but they have food allergies and we feel more comfortable feeding them ourselves and the MDR can have a preordered meal ready for them. If we wait to take them the OA when it opens at 7 by the time we finish our meal we won't have much time before picking them up at 10.
