We are taking a Carnival Cruise in January.  We have on board credits with our cruise and I wanted to use that credit balance from my sign and sail card to pay for the internet plan. Do you know if I purchase the plan prior to sailing, if they charge a credit card or is it charged to the sign and sail card?

That's good info thank you. I have inquired through Carnival via telephone about canceling one person, do they keep notes on the booking or is that irrelevant by the time one checks in at the port and no shows?

These post are quite old and I know the rules change often.  I am in the same situation this first week of 2020. Carnival Cruise. 4 person suite, however our daughter can not join us. Travel agent says to "no show" and we would just lose her fair, which I am ok with, however Carnival says, they would put us in a room for 3, which I am not ok with. If we do not say anything before the cruise and just show up without her, can they still downgrade our room?
