Thank you all! I also tweeted the RCCL meteorologist who says that we should be fine. Earl should be a little past Bermuda and off to the East by the time we get there. Whew.

We're scheduled on Adventure of the Seas heading to Bermuda in 5 days (Saturday). Tropical Storm Earl is heading that way and the latest report has it passing Bermuda to the East and then stalling, possibly circling around. Will they cancel the cruise or reroute it? And if you don't want to go if it's rerouted, will they give you FCC? Just trying to think ahead. Hopefully this change will happen sooner rather than the day before we leave. Thanks for any input.

So just need a clarification. If you've paid your final balance for your cruise and you see that the price has been reduced - can you ask for an OBC for the difference?

Hi All - We are booked for Anthem on Sept 20 in a inside room with virtual balcony. I received an email that says I may be called and offered a junior suite for an additional $700. What are the odds that I'll get this phone call - and should I take it? I'm inclined to - but now I don't want to get my hopes up. Thanks for the help!

We are sailing on the Anthem arriving back on Sept 29 at Port Liberty. How early will the ship dock and is it feasible to make this flight out of Newark?
trouble cancelling internet purchase

I've always been able to cancel and purchase internet when I see prices drop. Usually I cancel first, then repurchase, but my husband bought his own before I could cancel mine, and now we have two voom and surf and we only need one. When I try to cancel online, it doesn't go through and says "cancellation failed, please try again". This has been going on for about 3 days now. Last night I called RCCL to cancel and the rep had trouble as well, but said that it should cancel within 24-48 hours. We sail Monday so I was hoping to get this done before. Anyone have any other suggestions?
