There is a form you can fill out before you board to list your allergies. Once on board, just go to the Head Waiter and tell them of your diet restrictions. They will accommodate you with no problem. Usually in the Main dining room you will be asked to select your options for the next night so that the staff can make sure its prepared Gluten Free. This also applies to the specialty restaurants. I am GF and have had no problems eating on HAL ships. The Lido buffet market also has GF options for you.

I booked a 15 day TA from FFL to Rotterdam NL for April 2025. Got the aft view veranda I wanted and with the promotions and my AARP OBC it was a good deal.

We are being quarantined in the Hilton Vancouver Airport (next door to the Sheraton).

We are looking at booking HAL for 2023 out of Amsterdam round trip. Give me your thoughts on which is best the 14 day Best of Norway or the 14 day Northern Isles? We have not been to this area at all. Thanks.

I checked prices as of today, and price is more now than I paid.

Yes, I got an invoice but it only shows my original price. 2 RC represtatives told me the reprice form was not completed by them so the lower price never go into the system. Their mistake on submitting the reprice has been acknowledged by them, but they will not honor the OBC they verbally told me multiple times.

Have you checked current prices for the JS on your sailing to see if you can reprice now for at least some of that OBC? I'm seeing a total of $2996 for two in Category J4 (including fare, port charges, taxes and fees), not including any discounts for past passenger, senior, etc. Prices are $60/pp higher for J3.

I am a seasoned cruiser and booked directly with RC for a Junior suite. I called RC and had my cruise repriced for several hundred dollars less than I paid. I was told I would get a verification email within 14 days. Email never came. I called RC and spoke with an agent who confirmed my repriced amount and was told to just wait for it to go through their system. Repriced email not recieved. Another week goes by and I call again and was told the same thing. Another week I call and ask for my request to be moved up to higher staff for resolution. After 3 hours on the phone with RC they tell me they see my past calls and my cruise was repriced, but they have no record of what the repriced amount was. They refuse to give me any on board credit (I was told 3 different times I would get several hundred dollars as OBC). They just say sorry we can't look up the price of your cabin on any past date. I find that impossible to believe. I WILL NEVER BOOK OR SAIL WITH ROYAL AGAIN. They have lost a repeat customer over a mistake they made. Cruise with Confidence is a shame.

I'm happy that I called RC and got my Nov 14th cruise repriced and now have $900 OBC. I am afraid I won't spend it all due to me already booking my Excursions, prepaid gratuities, and 3 night Dinner package. I know I can use some of it by buying drinks, but we are not heavy drinkers. Never had OBC, so need guidance on how not to leave money behind. Is it use it or lose it type of thing?

I checked in on the mobile app, but looking at website it looks like you can check in there.

My Nov 14th cruise just reopened for check in. I was able to select an earlier check in time than before. Earliest I saw was 1:00 pm.

Our Nov 14th Library sailing just reopened for check in. I was able to get an earlier time than before. It also allowed me to submit my vaccination info.
May 2024 - Double Denali or Triple Denali land portion?
in Holland America Line

We did the double Denali and it was disappointing. As others have stated, you lose just too much time traveling there the first day and then having to leave the next day early, so very limited excursions for such a short stay.
