It's three years not two years, it was also extended due to covid, in my case making it 4 years.

I personally don't think three years is unreasonable for a "loyal" customer.

Anybody having success with getting their points extended? We received an email a few months ago from MSC stating that our expiry date had been extended. But when we looked, nothing had changed. We've called customer service only to be informed that we need to email them. It's been a month and a few emails later with no response. I'm wondering after all the bad press about customer service if this is a cruise line I'd want to be "loyal" to and am considering canceling our cruise World Europa in January : (

  3. Having been an airline brat since the age of 3, and now sill in the business, I too, was dragged around around Europe and not appreciate where I was. I saw the Mona Lisa and had no clue why it was so special, etc. What I hold dearly is the old train station smells in Europe, and the hick-ups we encountered traveling, car been towed in Bruges Belgium, trying to order grape juice and getting grapefruit juice. My grandma took me on an Alaska cruise when I was 20. Again, it was the time I had just with her that I cherished most.  Now with my kids, as I drag them around the globe, I give them a heads up of the significance of the place and let them decide if it interests them. I took a snapshot of them in front of the glass pyramid at the Louvre. I said this is where... you guys can come back when you're older when you'd appreciate more. Hence, we never taken them to the Grand Canyon. I'm so glad that I did that trip in my 30's! Good luck.
