We had a girls day massage at Playa Uvas on Aug 20, 2010. It was me and 2 of my girlfriends came to Uvas while our husbands had an other excursion..we wanted massages! Hands down!!!!..:D...The best Relaxing tropical massage...ever! We were greeting ..by name... by Carmen when we arrived. Uvas is not a party resort but truly a relaxing one. Everyone was friendly,the enviroment was clean, the view from our table was gorgeous, the food was delicious, the prices were fair.....best if you do packages. Be sure you add Play Uvas as a Friend on Facebook for add. pictures,reviews and discounts. Only regret...I didn't have time to snorkle as we had to meet up with our husbands.....but Uvas will be my majority stopping point my next trip to Cozumel!!!

This is the time table that is on the website..........Cozumel~8:00am-4:00pm.

There should be plenty of time ...depending WHEN this excursion starts and if it is compatable for cruisers.....?

On the Playa Uvas website I see a excursion jeep/ buggy tour option.

On the tour it stops at Playa Uvas......WHAT is expected to do during this time????

Do you Snorkel? Kayak? Relax? Massage?

What is there time for?

Is there something that is just done as a group?

IS there a extra charge for doing things during this stop or included in the tour price??

Please give me more details on this excursion.

We really wanted to go to Play Uvas to Kayak and Snorkel but also wanted to see the other side of Cozumel.

Is this the way to do it???

Cable Ties!!!! The kind that slips through the hole in the end and only tightens.

A hand full of these do not take up much room and they are great for securing your suitcases, bags, makeup bags, medicene bags etc.......so you know no one has tampered with your stuff while out of your room. You can be very clever when tying these so you will know if they have been tampered with.

I have heard strange stories of what stewards do to peoples stuff if you have irrated them...

Such as with your tooth brush??? YUK!!!!!! :eek:

I guess I don't trust people as much as some do.

But doing this puts my mind at ease.

These ties come in allll different colors and they come off with a snip of your scissors.

Thank you for the price list....I want to do EVERYTHING...except dive. Last time we were in Cozumel we did the DuneBuggy tour ( which we loved) and we drove by ,I guess Playa Uvas, and saw the clear kayaks. My Hunny stated then that If ( I knew it was going to be When) we come back that that was what he wanted to do. Time just drags by so slowly.

Thank you so much....Looks like I am gonna go broke in just the jewerly dept. I collect things in colbalt blue. We are traveling with ..as of right now...4 couples. So I am trying to find place where everyone will be happy. We want to clear kayak /snorkel, some want to dive and some want to see the ruins. One friend tried to snorkel last time we were in Cozumel bt she doesn't know how to swim and she freaked out. I was hoping this time she could take her time and gradually wade out and try it agian. I see you have cruised Ecstasy quite a few times and it looks like you have been where we are interested in going. Playa Uvas.

I have some questions for you.

If we booked through Ecstasy, Does Ecstasy use Playa Uvas as their Clear Kayak excursion??

We have some who want to dive and snorkel ...Can we all go out on a boat and some snorkel and some dive??

How is the snorkeling off the beach?

How much is a massage?

Do you have pics of the jewerly sold there? I am sure I will have more but we will start with this.
