Do they put a year on this bottle?  Am guessing whatever it is, it's out of the latest (2017) public release, which was pretty oaky and could use another few years in the bottle.

I can't remember the vintage of the Opulence cab. I only had it by the glass.( many glasses admittedly)  It was $25 so I paid 10 with the premium package. I had this most nights with my meat or robust pasta dishes. It is full  deep red with very good balance of fruit, acid and tannin. It didn't need more than 30 minutes to open up. I find standard Caymus cab a little too sweet and overly plush, without enough balancing acid for my taste.  I enjoyed the Selbach riesling and Opulence chard as well. I had a sauvignon blanc and a pinot gris that were pleasant as well, just don't remember the brands.

Give the Opulence Cabernet a try. It is made by Grgich Hills for Celebrity as a private label wine. Sold by the glass and bottle. It was the best red wine by the glass I found on my last cruise on X in August.

On the Edge this fall the best Red wine by the glass was Opulence Cabernet. I hope they have it on my up coming Nov. Equinox sailing.

About the same capacity on my Sept 11th Edge sailing. My question is , are they even breaking even with 850 passengers? I like the low crowds but I do want them to stay in business.

We sailed on the Edge Sept 11th. I was told the ship sailed with 880 passengers. Also later in the week a crew member remarked that the next week was going to be even lighter at around 700 passengers.

My wife and I are in a Edge villa in Sept. Does anyone have experience using the unlimited specialty dining benefit in Raw on 5? Are there any restrictions as to items or numbers of items etc?
