If OBC is refundable then you don't need to spend it and what you don't spend you'll get back at the end of the cruise.

You can also use OBC for the daily gratuity assuming you haven't pre-paid them.

Hello, we're on an NCL repositioning cruise on the Encore going from Seattle to Miami.  We recently bid on the Spa Club Balcony Suite (M9).  However, I'm now having second thoughts as looking at a deck plan it appears that the M9 cabins are all directly under the center of the pool deck.  My wife and are both light sleepers and really hate any noise.

So, we're looking for reports from people who stayed in the Encore M9 cabins regarding noise.

We just got off the NCL Bliss and we purchased two Cruise Next Certificates ($500 with $250 credit so out of pocket was $250.)  They said we would be mailed the certificates but I'm wondering when they should be emailed.  I also wonder if someone messed up and we should have received some kind of paper certificate at the time of our purchase.  Can someone tell me how this is supposed to work?

Are you Platinum?  If so, what is the credit for the entrees?  I see online that it was $20 but may have gone up to either $25 or $35.  We head out on the Bliss next week so make sure no one gets sick! 🙂
