We are headed from Sydney to Bali in March.. hopefully ! 4th times a charm!  Originally 2020 booking
For anyone that booked a cruise in 2020 I am interested to know if Viking kept your shore excursion payments from that cruise and did not refund them in addition to keeping the cruise fare

Shows 830   Comedy at 945. Shows good to very good   Comedy also very good but not on every night

Dinner reservations.  Other than the specialty restaurants and the main dining room

is it possible to make reservations for any of the other restaurants such Local and Silk once you are on the ship or is it first come. Thanks

While I sympathize with the OP I wonder what you would do if you trying to run a business that has made no money in 2 years.  This route is NCL’s highest margin route 

they have every incentive to fill this ship and is one of highest demand routes

they have restricted the capacity to 40% to try account for staff shortages but obviously they can’t account for everything   To think a company that is as experienced as NCL

just randomly chooses who to cut really does not make sense. They have their reasons we just don’t understand what they are and probably wouldn’t agree if we did 

$40 on sapphire. Thanks 

My wife is a travel agent. The wait times on every line is terrible. I have to  listen to hold 

music for hours which is not pleasant.  She loves her clients but it is very frustrating for her. Also she gets different answers depending who she talks to

it is obvious their agents are relatively new and not trained very well 

2 hour wait is normal 

she loves her job and clients so she deals with it

If you have a reservation its lists 10 different restaurants. Cagneys is not one of them

Spent 2 weeks on escape. Got off the 18th. Checkin a breeze. Crew was incredible

missed 2 ports but it was fine.  Crew is trying very hard. Most of crew we talked to had no 

income for over a year. They need our support

comedy shows and choir of the man Excellent
