Hi,
All 4 cruises booked direct with Saga, I know what no sapphire means as I have exactly the same issue with “my saga.

My Saga has never worked properly for me from day one.
In our case, it usually says, "you have no holidays or cruises booked with us" - even when they do show up, they then vanish after a week or so, which makes it annoying as I have to keep using the "manage my booking" log in each time for each cruise. Mind you, my details have been "temporarily unavailable" on and off for 2 months now, in between I get "there is a problem, please try later".
I will get round to asking if they can fix it, but as this has been going on and off for 9 years, I have my doubts.
It would be quite annoying were it not for the fact that Saga are one of the few companies that have Freephone numbers for pretty much everything - so I can always phone and talk to one of their cheerful telephone operators instead.

Thank you, my saga doesn’t show all our cruises taken, which i have told all four people when phoning and was supposed to be sorted out in April, but still no result.

Hello All,
we have done 4 ocean cruises with Saga a total of 45 nights, but have not received any club details, have tried ringing and spoken to 4 people to sort out plus the bot but to no joy, any ideas?

Just received an email from saga that they are no longer testing the drivers or any port testing, no matter how long the cruise is. Will only require a test if the destination asks for it.

Thank you for the replies, we will check with Saga as it doesn’t state anything on there frequently asked questions only mentions a health questionnaire.

We are going on the spirit of adventure in November, does anyone know if saga are still doing the covid test at the port before embarking on a cruise.

Thanks to everyone on the forum that have shared their experience on the Spirit of Discovery, this is our first time on a Saga cruise. We have previously sailed with P&O and so it has been brilliant learning about what happens, please keep sharing, we were due to go on the Italian charms but are now going on the Scottish Highlands and Islands followed by the Wales and green West Country..

Think I am in that club as well, originally cancelled cruise due to foreign office advice in March, received cruise funds in 82 days, when we had to cancel we were told that shore excursions would be funded automatically, then when we chased balance at 68 days told we had to fill in form for shore excursions and should be refunded in 60 days, guess what still waiting for the £232 80 + days later. Anyone else awaiting shore excursions payment

Thank you, because of having to fill out the shore excursions form later on that wehadn’t been told about they aren’t due till July

Me too, Yipee just checked our bank account and we have won today’s P&O raffle, still awaiting deposit on credit card and shore excursions booked, but at least balance has been returned, only taken them, — days.

Like you say, no idea how they are doing the refunds, doesn’t make any sense.
